Tthe song and its Official Music Video are released by Gertler's own orchestral pop band, THE UNIVERSAL THUMP.

The song features the core band of GRETA GERTLER (piano/vocals), ADAM D GOLD (drums, keyboards), JONATHAN MARON (bass), PETE GALUB (guitar), BARNEY McALL (organ), plus special guest vocalist Lucy Woodward (Verve), horns by J. WALTER HAWKES, ROY NATHANSON (Jazz Passengers) and SEAN SONDEREGGER, and a girl's choir of Greta's piano students in Brooklyn. It was mixed by BRYCE GOGGIN (Apples in Stereo, Joan As Policewoman).

The song and video were produced by THE UNIVERSAL THUMP (Greta Gertler & Adam D Gold). The video was directed by Greta Gertler, and features stunning camera work by Nebraskan cinematographer BRANDEN POE. It stars and was choreographed by musician ROZZ NASH-COULON, who was very pregnant with twin girls at the time of shooting the video. In Sunset Park, Brooklyn, on a dazzling Fall day, Rozz and her dancers brought to life Greta's vision of a new kind of choreography called "stroll-dancing".

"Flora" is the first single from The Universal Thump's self-produced eponymous double-album in four 'Chapters', which will be released in Fall 2012. The song is now available digitally worldwide on iTunes here and other online outlets.
